I’m an avid Mtb person, use it all the time, on long all day stuff AWU2 has ran outta battery.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the ceramic versions were not as pricy as I feared. This pearl color is calling to me 😍

I just ordered a 42mm AW12 and estimated delivery is Sept. 18th. I went with black aluminum and olive drab band.

This is my first smart watch. I was debating on getting the 11 but I'm glad I waited for the 12, especially since th price did not go up.

Traded Ultra 3 for $430 on Ultra 4, already have ti band and ordered a trail loop since I don't have one yet.
The Hermes ti band is ridiculous and I already have a nice grade 3 ti link band. The ti M band is my favorite band, so much I almost ordered another.

Anyone have the watch preorder hang after the 'want this stuff too?' page? Just spinning... could be overload....

I almost went with the black ceramic but I replace my watch yearly so I ordered the 12 Titanium in natural black with the midnight magnetic link. I won’t use the band as I got two new black Apple leather links hermetically sealed in a mayonnaise jar!

Ultra is more bulk that I want so I ordered the 12 Titanium black. Looking forward to better heart rate sensor. It worries my that much of the software for the health features will be delivered later?😳 We have been disappointed before.

Just prefer black. My wedding ring is black for instance.

My soon up for sale Ultra 3 is black and I have three Alpine Loops and the black Ultra Milanese too....
 
I'll likely go from my original Ultra to the Ultra 4. This looks like a very solid improvement; the implication is a single device that can do both what Apple watches have typically done well with the passive Afib detection and health features and the "mini phone on wrist" features AND what Garmin watches have typically done well like high frequency heart monitoring and recovery metrics.
 
I didn't pre-order but I had ordered a U3 with the green ocean band on Labor Day and the delivery date was Sep 14-16 oddly enough (different story), U2 trade-in $305)
Now my order page shows a U4 in black with the green ocean band, same trade-in of $305 with a delivery date of Sep 17-21.
I think I'm quite happy with that

Ordered my Ultra 4 to replace Ultra 1. I whined and complained about the planned obsolescence, but I ordered it immediately. It will be ready to be picked up on the launch date, but I am going to the store a few days later. We are picking that up in Portland OR to save the tax in Seattle 🙂
