I added a line to my moms account and completed my pre-order at 7:45am. I got an email right after confirming my order (along with a $1 pending att charge on my credit card) but every time I check the status it still just says "processing" 
My credit card and the billing address of my moms ATT account are the same so I figured there's no issue there.
Is it when you add a line to pre-order the iPhone 5 that your pre-order gets screwed up?
