Carrier Pre-Ordering using a Carrier through Apple (not IUP)

Sorry to bombard the board but I haven't seen he question asked. My sprint lease is up (eligible for an upgrade) and instead of doing the IUP program I was going to stick with sprints flex program. Does Apples website provide options for this when pre-orders open at 3am, or are you forced to do IUP/buy the phone outright? I was trying to avoid Sprint's website because it's pretty bad.

I'm not on Sprint but I'll be using the Apple App to preorder. I have ATT and use their NEXT program.
