Pre-release: OS X Update Seed 10.9.2 (13C59)

A new build of 10.9.2 is now available on the MAS.

The build number hasn't increased much - the previous build was 13C53 (released on 7th February), and this is 13C59, so we must be getting closer to the final release.

Focus areas remain the same.

No. I used the direct link and checked for a feature list. There isn't one, so maybe there will be another beta before public release.
