so, did any of you do it? better yet, is this possible for an expensive device like this?

i want to be sure it arrives and i am not sure i will be home for the allocated time that they give.

I pre-signed for my 6 on launch day. I ordered mine from Apple so they have a link to print out a UPS sheet just for you. They just won't be liable if something happens to your phone.
