Just received my Apple Watch Ultra 2 and upgraded to 10.01, but can’t find where I enable precision start for running.
Neither on my IPhone 📱🤷🏻‍♂️
 
On your watch open the apps list view. Scroll down to workout and it's in there a couple of settings down.
