Predictions For Shipping Delays On IPhone X launch date?

I’m going to say that iPhone upgrade folks will get a phone on launch day if they get up early and order as soon as they become available. Everyone else will get a delay.

If Apple has ample numbers for shipping on launch day, and those pre-order, will likely receive their's within a reasonable amount of time.

My Apple store guy told me on Sunday that he'd see me on November 3rd when I returned my 8 Plus and told him I was going to order the X after all. Maybe he was being corporate-optimistic, though.
