Predictive text bar not closing?

Hi I have just updated to ios10 GM and I can't seem to close the predictive word grey bar? It used to be just a swipe down, but it's not hiding. Anyone else have this? or a solution?

Long Press on the emoji keyboard icon and toggle predictive off.
