Predictive texting while in Safari help...,

I just got my iPhone 6 plus last week but just notice I don't have predictive texting while in Safari?

I can hold down the smiley face on keyboard and its greyed out for an option?

Is this for everyone or I am doing something wrong?

If you mean when your typing in the address bar that's normal
