What are you using to annotate PDF's and to create a seperate document where you keep your own notes in?
I'm looking for one application that can do the above, so that I don't have to swop between Goodreader and Evernotes which I am using at the moment. For example I highlight something in Goodreader, copy and paste it into Evernotes where I keep notes of the book I am reading.
