Preordered game

I didn't really know where to start this thread so i just did it here. I preordered a game from bestbuy.com but they didn't give me a preorder number. Will they send me one or is it just the order number?

The last time I pre-ordered from BestBuy.com I received an order number but not a pre-order number. If you received an email saying that your item is backordered/pre-ordered, then that is all the notification you will probably get until the item is shipped.
