iPad Pro Preordering Alternatives to Apple.com?

Didn't expect the orders to go live immediately after the keynote....so I missed out on Nov 7th arrival.

Anyone know of anywhere else to preorder for launch day(ish) arrival?

Best Buy and B&H aren't listing it yet.
