Prepaid internet card

Hey guys, I was thinking about getting a prepaid usb internet card, and was curious if anyone had any advice? I am trying to figure out who has the best service and what the best price is as far as usage?

I didn't even know you could get prepaid internet cards.

Here in Sweden I have a mobile broadband connected via USB and I'm getting speeds around 60mbps.
