So I ordered an iPad 2 (black 32 GB wifi) on June 26, and the shipping estimate it gave me at the time of order was 1-2 weeks with estimated delivery of July 11-18. But I checked my order status last night and it lists the iPad as "prepared for shipment," BUT it still says "Ships: 1-2 weeks" with estimated delivery of July 12-19 (I'm guessing because of the holiday this Monday.) So does "prepared for shipment" mean that the iPad being shipped is imminent (which I would think would get it here (CT) much earlier than the 19th) or is there a lot of lag time between when the item is prepared for shipment and actually leaves the factory?
