Or do you mean to keep it at 80% during the day? Then I would say no. My 15PM is constantly either connected to my Studio Display or on a 5W wireless charger.
In fairness, iOS percentage is lower than real battery percentage. Their 80% limit is estimated to be closer to 70-75% of the real capacity, from what some estimates say.
It's simple: it would hurt the sales. There's no other good reason. I'm still not going to buy the iphone 16 it offers nothing to justify the ridiculously high price.
Hmm I went from an iPhoneXR with 64 gb storage that was $749 6 years ago and to a iPhone 16 with 128 gb for $799 ($660 after trade in of that XR) again 6 years later. Not to mention ALL the upgrades over the XR it has. Not sure thats really ridiculous by todays standards of how much everything else has gone up. And it depends on what you call "justifiy".
