preserving baseband and using gevey sim to use iOS 5

I currently have an iPhone 4 on iOS 4.3.5 with baseband 4.10.01 and unlock it using a Gevey Ultra.

My question is if I preserve the baseband using Redsn0w and update to iOS 5 will the gevey sim still unlock my phone?
