Prestige HD - Where to request icons?

I'm using the Prestige HD theme, and I need a few icons made. Where do I go to request icons for it?

Paid themes have to advertise on MT to even get a request thread, lame. I would ask the author if he has any thread going somewhere- at least I couldn't find one

Yeah, I tried asking in the thread in MMI and MacCiti and no ones replying.
