Pretty cheap Crucial m4 512GB. Is it worth it?

I bought mine for 350. Thats the price I would strive for. Why pay 400 when you know people that have got it for 350.
 
I already have 16GB of RAM, so is it really even worth it in terms of performance to upgrade to this SSD? Price dropped lower now too, though not by much. Still a big investment.
