Pretty much at the end of my rope with iCloud.

    A few days ago, apple locked my iCloud account up, I have no idea why. Seeing I created the account 3 years ago with mobile me, I never set up the security questions, and if I did they where so stupid. Anyways, I called apple support and they said they would send another email to my other email account, it never came. How do I solve this problem?

    how many email accounts under your icloud account? when mine was locked they sent it to my wife's email which is a secondary email on the account

    If they didn't send it, call again. Make sure they get the correct email address (maybe someone made a typo. Things happen). If even that fails, make a throwaway account they can send it to.
