Prevent Application history when closed.

Is there any way to prevent Safari from opening what the last website I was on when I re-open it?

I can already see that getting me in trouble with my girlfriend. ^.^

You go to Safari>Preferences>General> and set New Window Opens with something other than same page like home page or empty page.
