Prevent copy of files to external drives

Hello. Does anybody know whether there is a way to prevent files, indesign and pdfs specifically, being copied onto an external drive?????

You can change the permissions on the drive to read only. Click it and go to Get Info.

This can be easily overridden by an admin user or by plugging it into another computer.
