Prevent incoming / outgoing call from specific number on iPhone?

Hello all,

I wonder: is there an app that can prevent outgoing / incoming calls to / from a specific number from my iPhone contacts?

I'm pretty sure I saw something of the kind recently on the web, but I cant find it for the life of me... I cant remember the name of that application.

It is jailbroken already, but can I really block outgoing calls / SMS ?

I'm actually looking for something with a security code that I could not disable myself but instead have someone else enter it for me... I want to make sure that I never call that number again, even when I'm tempted.

I did find iBlacklist online but didnt install it because nothing in the doc said it had that option...

Well, then the app I believe you are looking for is Willpower. It's not always available, it's very hard to come by, but when you can get it, it's worth the wait.
 
Very curious situation, but I would think that if the number is so tempting, then any payphone you pass would defeat the purpose of an iApp.
 
haha, guys dont be so nosy, just an ex... basically!
i dont want to call, but i dont want to block incoming calls at the same time. weird, I know ... just dont wanna come off as needy you know? hmm well... Im sure you do, we've all been in this situation before!

iBlacklist blocks both incoming and outgoing calls, and only want to block outgoing calls. Havent found a way to do that yet.

Any other suggestion?
 
What you're asking for is a very specific application type, and as far as I know the ONLY combination that would work for you would be something like using iBlacklist to block the number and mAdvlock to PW protect the application from you not using it. There's nothing that I know of to specifically allows only to block OUTGOING calls to a specific number afaik.
 
here is the app you need to block outgoing calls. Place iphone on hard flat surface. apply hard fast pressure with booted foot to face of phone till desired results are achieved. simple and effective. 😀

I can confirm the app works as described.

This is even more useful for an iPhone refusing to cooperate.
 
Or, like many of the other folks posts... stop being such a priss and grow a set! Just don't call her, simple and doesn't cost you a dime.

Agreed. It's about the only thing out there that I have seen that does this. Of course, you have to jailbreak.

To the OP:
You don't have to block both incoming and outgoing. It blocks only what you want.
