Hi guys,

When my monitor goes to sleep (not actually putting the hard drive in sleep) my iMac logs itself out of my account, how do I stop it doing that?

Cheers,

I'm not familiar with a screensaver (or screen sleep) actually logging you out. However you may have "require password immediately after sleep or screen saver begins" checked.

You can find that setting in the general tab of the Security & Privacy preference pane.

Sorry, my mistake. That is what I meant and you have solved my problem. Thanks very much :)
