Preventing Auto Play of Music?

is there a setting that will prevent my iPhone from playing music to the car every time I plug the phone in to charge? It uses the cars USB. I deleted all songs from my phone but I assume it’s pulling previous purchased songs from iTunes?

I shouldn’t have to not have the ability to take calls via Bluetooth in the car to not have the phone play music lol

Well it looks like nobody else knows how to do this either! Have searched every where!
