Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to edit Preview's plist in order to allow more than 5 documents in the Open Recent List.

It uses the recent items that is chosen in the system preferences. To change this, go to:

Click the Apple thats at the top left > System Preferences > Appearance

At the bottom if you have 5 selected for documents, 5 photos or pdf documents will show. if you choose 10, then 10 shows and so on for how ever many you'd like to be in the recent items. Hope this helps :)
