MrCheeto Suspended Nov 2, 2008 3,531 353 Aug 20, 2011 #3 Only items with multiple pages use the arrows. If you're using Snow Leopard, you can use 3-fingers to swipe left and right between items and pages. The same is true in lion but with two fingers.
