Hi,

I have a little problem with Preview since a few weeks, I always have the two scrollbars. Even in fullscreen mode...

1. On a 13" MBP, losing even that a few pixels is really annoying.
2. It happens only with pdf.

Fullscreen mode :

Even in zoom out, I got empty scrollbars !

Little bonus :

I got scrollbars problems in Finder too, the filename's field is always too large... Even when there are no long filenames.

On this screenshoot, I was thinking, maybe I can "reset" preview if I delete his folder in Application Support. But the folder is empty...

Since there isn't many preferences in Preview and Finder, I really can't find the solution. Any ideas ? Didn't find any help on google or here.

Sorry if my english is a bit weird, I'm french.

This is probably more of a work-around than a solution, but in System preferences somewhere you can setup that scrollbars are only visible while scrolling.

When you're scrolling they'll then appear above the content and fade away when you stop scrolling again.

I'm not completely overwhelmed by this feature myself, but I do have it turned on. It's nice to not look at unwanted scrollbars. It's a bit annoying to have to scroll up and down to see how long a document or web page is, though.

Indeed. Thank you.
Damn mavericks, this and the disappearance of the 2/3 finger swipe in finder... This is frustrating.
