The dot was color keyed to the band; but, it's still a red dot. It was the only watch with a red dot -- until now.I was joking. Had that band been any other color, I'm sure we would have all been critical of it, too.

It's just a normal over reaction. Suddenly we have so many experts on color came on here to educate us that red dot is "hideous monstrosity". It's internet in a nutshell.
