Price Drop

    Appears the MacBook received a price drop in the store -- the Education store has not received it yet.

    I see "starting at $1299", same as before today.

    This is going to sound like I'm rubbing it it... but seriously you guys did this to yourself.

    The "new" basic is more expensive in Germany too, but the old basic with 128Gb is still the same price. Mind you the prices with the touch bar is far higher than I can afford starting at Eur 2000 (USD 2180). :(

    Understood. If it makes you feel any better, I'm getting some great deals on Blu-ray box sets from Amazon UK, so I'm supporting your economy just a bit :)

    It's alright, what's done is done :) a lot of people complain now but never voted but ho hey. Apple products have always been expensive, so I don't see why people are complaining, just wait until they go on sale :D

    This morning, a refurb M5 with 500gb SSD was £1k. Now a new one is £1.5! I knew I should have bought this morning. Refurbished models are no longer available.
