I have an Apple Watch Series 0. There are a few scuffs and Siri isn't working on it. I took it to Apple and they said they could probably fix it if I spent $199. I upgraded to a Series 3. Someone at work was interested. I offered a price of $70, since Siri isn't working, he want to pay me like $35. I think he is low balling. They only thing that doesn't work is Siri other than that the watch works perfectly.

is $35 a fair offer or is this just a low ball offer?
As someone else mentioned, see how much Best Buy will off you for it. You can check it right on their website what is trade in value. Best Buy does will not check if Siri works. In store they will just ask if it is unpaired and removed from your account. You will get gift card on spot.

Yes, I know, but that doesn't "restore/reinstall the software". That restores to factory defaults. Restore/Reinstall would really be a re-flash, which can't be done by users with an AW
Just do it. What do you have to lose? As other's have said, if it's not a hardware issue, this procedure is likely to help.

I agree, I have un-paired and re-paired my watches several times to fix issues. It should be the first thing to be done as part of a diagnosis process. I just wanted to make the point that this doesn't reinstall or re-flash the firmware.

I just sold my s0 42mm space gray aluminum watch just the watch and sport strap in good condition to buybackworld. I could of got 30 bucks more if I included the chargeing puck but I’m keeping it as a spare charger for my s3

I sold my Apple Watch Sport Series 2 Stainless Steel 42MM with Sport bands to buybackworld. Received $235 back in September, but it looks like the prices have dropped since. Used the cash to upgrade to the Series 3 Steel 42MM with GPS and Cellular with the Milanese band. I may also pick up a steel link band and sport band to switch it up. Buyback seems to be one of the only trade-in sites that let you sell used Apple Watches.
