Canada has increased too to account for the significant changes to the exchange rate.

Same in Finland. Base model 15" was up from 2049€ to 2299€ and the dGPU version is a whopping 2849€.

Luckily or unluckily I have just purchased both the 13" and 15" models at the old pricing over 36 months interest free credit.

I have 30 days to return them with no restocking fee.

So the question is whether to return both of them or keep the 15" model as it was not updated.

In past history does the 15" model normally get updated at the WWDC event?

now I'm really glad I bought my MBPr in January. Wow. Would've cost me 1799 CAD to get it. Thanks to trading in my my old MBA at future shop and unexpected credit (over paid) on my future shop card, think I only paid 1350 for my 13 inch Macbook Pro w/ 8gb of ram & 256GB SSD.

Lucky me! I bought my 15" MacBook Pro last week for just under $2800. If I bought that exact same model now it would have cost me just under $3200.

Being Canadian really has its disadvantages.

Same in sweden. It's not Apples fault though that our currency has dropped some 25% compared to the dollar...
(The mac pro still costs the same though! But probably just until it gets updated too...)

It looks like refurbished prices have been raised here in the US as well. Just yesterday, most models were about $100 cheaper.

I honestly cant make sense of that at all...
