Hi, is there a list which users can access? How much does it cost to repair the titled MacBook Pros without AppleCare+? Is it equally or pricier than their unibody counterparts? Is it like at least $1K or half the cost of the computer? Anybody got their above mentioned machines repaired without AppleCare+?

The odd thing is for other devices it shows with and without AC. Not sure why Macbooks would only show the AC price. Maybe a call or chat to the AC team might help.
