What do you mean? Companies always give a figure inc. VAT in the UK and apples price will be based on a figure they wish to sell it at inc. VAT

Yes, and in the US taxes are never included just to add to the confusion. Of course our taxes are local taxes and they differ by location.

The image also shows the price. I am not sure if it's Chines. But if it's Chines here is the price converted into US Dollars.

iPhone X Edition 128 GB = 7888 Chines yuan = 1195.06 US Dollars.
iPhone X Edition 256 GB = 8688 = 1316.26 US Dollars.

[Edit:- Please keep in mind these conversions are made to give rough idea about the prices. The actual US prices may differ from Chinese]

Seems legitimate like last year the Special Jet Black and Product Red iPhone 7/7 Plus was only available in 128 GB and 256 GB. Makes Sense the Special Model will be only available in higher storage tiers.

Edit :- Also confirm's the Name iPhone 8 will be Called iPhone X Edition.

YES, now i can get the 128GB. Prefer that other than the 64gb / 256gb / 512 gb forcing me to buy the 256gb

What I mean is, is the "retail" or "list" price pretty similar no matter where it's sold (given exchange rate variables, of course) ? In the US, Apple sells the iPhone 7, 128gb, for $749 (plus sales tax, which varies everywhere!). I presume it sells in the UK for around €650. Just checked and it's going for €699, so even with the UK's higher VAT rate, Apple doesn't sell it lower to keep prices comparable with US pricing, for example.

There's no way.. essentially 1299.99 for 256gb. I can't see them coming up with that price, calling fake on this one. And X is an indicator for 10, not 8.

China has a 17% import tax on the iPhone. Due to currency rate fluctuations, Apple charges an additional 8% on top.

Based these RMB prices, you can expect the OLED iPhone to start at $949-999 for 128GB in the U.S.

We use £'s in the U.K. not €'s...They use Euro's in Europe

Probably will happen due to the weak £
Given the Galaxy note 8 cost almost £900 in the UK.

This. The weak pound after Brexit has made technology purchases painful. If it's only going to get worse (which seems to be the case) I can almost convince myself getting decent phone for 3-4 years is worth it.

Might get my girlfriend to buy it in the states for me. I'm supposed to be moving a very large amount of pounds into dollars and this exchange rate is going to be extremely painful for me.

My mate emigrated there about a month ago, he's stored half of his possessions due to the awful exchange rate.

It’s £849, far from “almost £900”.

The pound is down vs. last year but has stabilised now. I don’t think Apple will be raising prices any further, they already did that last year and they didn’t bump up the price for Macs and iPads this year so I highly doubt there will be any price increases due to weak pound/Brexit.

Why X? If it's a special edition then it shouldn't have the same design when 8 or 8s comes out.

iPhone X Edition prices revealed!!!

128GB iPhone X Edition - $2000
256GB iPhone X Edition - $2500.

These are real prices. You can trust me; it's the internet!
But You should have at least bolded and capitalized your post to make it seem more legitimate for those price points. Then, it would be more believable.
So what you have decided? Which storage option are you getting? As 64 GB is most likely not going to happen in iPhone 8
