Pricing for leather key chains

I’m a little confused with the pricing or airtags over here in France.

The airtag on its own is 35 euros.
The leather keychain for is 45 euros.

Am i missing something? Does the leather keychain come with an airtag integrated?

No, that's just the leather keychain.

You will likely find a Belkin one on Apple's website too (cheaper). Or third party alternatives from Amazon et al.

It is a bit hard to justify a keychain that is more expensive than the AirTag, I agree! I got 1 of the leather for myself, then bought the rest of my family the Belkin keychain for $12/pop.

Lucky for you it ain’t $45 AUD for air tags and $55 for the leather keyring. 🤦‍♂️
