The 23mm f/2 on my Fujifilm x100s, because it's fixed to the camera.

Seriously though, when I was still using my Nikon DSLRs, my most used was the nikkor AF50mm f1.8, tiny, great all-round, the nikkor AF-180 f 2.8, wonderful portrait lens among other things, and a really old manual focus nikkor 105mm f2, fantastic patina.

As my neurological problems got worse, I gave all my gear to my son and got the X100S. I really love how the lack of zoom forces me to think differently on composition, and "zoom with my feet".

My Canon EF 50, 1.8 was very nice on my 70D. Just started using it with my R5C and I really like that combo too, but I still might want to try a 35mm.

No question here: it's my beloved Sony 90mm f/2.8 G Macro lens. That was the number one lens I bought (along with two others) when I switched to Sony back in late 2019 and I have used that lens more than any other lens since I first brought it home. Sony has since brought out a new top-of-the-line 100mm f2/8 GM macro and one of these days I'll be buying one of those. Have had a few other things on the priority list first, though.

I shoot Food and Lifestyle and find that I start with the Canon EF100/2.8MacroL, EF50/1.2L, EF85/1.4L and then a Sigma 35/1.4. I've owned zoom lenses in the past but the 16-35/2.8IIIL is the only one I currently own.

I sold my 24-70 as my 16-35 became my walkaround on my Sony. Filling the void I use a 55 1.8 and an 85 1.8 and have a small 2 lens case to use the 3 lens (one mounted on camera) in an outing. Unfortunately, the 70-200 is too large for the case, so eliminates that option in the event pre-shoot planning.

Nikon Z 50mm f/1.8 S. Shockingly good bit of kit.

But sod it. Mostly carry a 24-120mm f/4 S around. It's nearly as sharp and I usually stop the primes down anyway.

I use just 2 lenses on the Z50. 90% is the Nikkor 18-140mm zoom. Have yet to see barrel or pincushion distortion, nor have I encountered any chromatic aberrations. With modern sensors being almost noise free to ISO 1600 and even a bit beyond, the 3 to 4 stop speed gain offered by primes really isn't a factor for my needs.

My secondary lens is a prime, the 50mm ƒ2.8 Nikkor-Z macro. Has proven to be the perfect lens for copying old 35mm slides and negs. Extremely flat field of focus. And with the APS-C sensor, I have a bit of room to move in even closer if I don't want to copy the entire neg or slide. Also great for close-ups of wild flowers, but I admit to being lazy and leaving it behind for my more casual rambles.
