Print Garageband

I recently bought a piano keyboard for my G5 and i have been doing a little composing. at the bottom it notates what you have played, so is there a way of printing off that notation?

Not that I know of. You could grab it:

Command (clover), shift, 4.

It wouldn't be difficult to take into to TextEdit/Word/AppleWorks/Pages after that.
