Is it possible to print purchased books from Apple iBooks much like a pdf?

Why not just check on Amazon and see if there is already a print version of the books you want, and purchase that instead?

what i mean is im trying to see if i can export books that i purchase into PDF

No. That's specifically part of the agreement anyone who sells you eBooks has to follow.
