I had one also that stopped working, but have found this one and it works well with Lion:

Agreed with previous posters. I was using Print Selection Service 1.0 for a long time but Lion killed it. Just updated to Print Selection Service 2.0, but it's not showing up in my Safari>Services menu. When I look in HD/Library/Services/Print Selection.service the icon is crossed out:

I just found Print Plus but haven't tested it yet.

I noticed that I first had to enable the service to open textedit, then install print selection, then when I logged back in after install and was able to to enable the service via service preferences.
This lead me in the direction of success, enabling Print Selection Service v2.0 in OS X 10.8.2 Mountain Lion. Granted, I just started pushing buttons until something worked, and these are the steps I took to the best of my memory. Individual results may vary.
- Downloaded the DMG, mounted, and ran the installer.
- Logged out when asked.
- After logging in, the service was installed and visible in /Library/Services/ but did not appear in the Services menu of Safari.
- Opened System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts tab > Services list, and enabled the keyboard shortcut for Print Selection.
- At this point I tested the default keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + T, and nothing happened. I changed the keyboard shortcut to Shift + Command + P, quit System Preferences, and restarted Safari.
- Using the new keyboard shortcut at this point worked for me and Print Selection appeared in the Services menu in Safari.
I have a solution, also had difficulty with print preference, however I have now managed to work this out. As follows
First of all highlight whatever you want to print and drag it to PRINT SELECTION ICON at the bottom of the screen, it will then pop up on your screen. Click PDF and it will open in a PDF format window, just then go to File and print. Should be OK.
Good luck.
