Print to PDF from iPad

Is there a simple app that does this? I found some that were more of a document management type app that is more than I needed. I wanted to "print" a web page and email it to a friend this morning and was surprised it wasn't part of iOS.

I use PDF PROvider, it works great. Its 6.99, but there is a cheaper non-pro version that doesn't have the PDF merging option.
