Universal Printable iOs "purchase" app history

Hi All,

I'm in the process of setting up a new iPhone for a family member. Starting from scratch I would like to download and sort into folder as I go along (why apple can I no longer do this on my mac?; SOOO much easier but I digress!) .

I've sadly lost track of great apps along the way so I would like to print or at list review a list of apps purchased on my iDevices so I can check off a list. I found the purchases menu under my media and purchases on the ios Device but that is fairly cumbersome with sub menus etc.
Can I find a comprehensive list on icloud.com or even pull it up on my mac?

If not, has apple customer service provided someone a list/spreadsheet via email? What tips do longtime users have if you want to start from scratch?
