Printer driver question

My new MacBook presents a print option window (Epson 740i) with many more options than my old MacBook does (I somehow damaged or trashed what it is that the printer looks for on this laptop). What is it that I need to move from the new to the old MacBook and where can I find it. Both are running OS X 10.5
