printer driver

Hi
I have tried to download a driver for sony up-dr150 printer downloaded and intalled was taken all through installation and told installation complete. when i go intp printers it is not there I have searched using finder and only sony related on harddrive is the orig un-extracted folder in downloads

have uninstalled several times tried driver download from several sites but evertime tells me installation complete and re boot i do this and nothing there
help please ....

The last driver I see for that printer was from 2007 and for Mac OS 10.6.

You may have to try the Gutenprint drivers.
