Printer issues in Ventura 13.2.1

Ventura 13.2.1 often gives me printer problems and I dont know how to fix them. Printer worked great before. I often have to reboot Mac, reboot printer to get a document to print.

I just updated yesterday can't get my Mac mini to connect with my office Ricoh printer too. No problems ever until update. It finds the printer but won't print

Bought a new printer and after many tries it FINALLY was able to connect.
