Hey everyone.

I have a HP Photosmart C4200 Series (C4280 to be exact). I have recently installed Snow Leopard (was using Leopard before) and this printer shows as supported in Snow Leopard.

The problem I'm having, is that when I go to print a document from Microsoft Word (Office 2008) for Mac, all I get are blank pages. I printed something from Text Edit and it comes out fine, but files from Microsoft Word come out blank. Also, the "Test" pages come out fine as well.

I have been printing files for months and months now from Microsoft Word, but this is the first time I have tried in Snow Leopard.

Does anyone know what is going on? I really need to print stuff since its for school. :(

Doesn't sound like a printer or driver issue if TextEdit and the test pages work. Ran Microsoft Auto-Update?

I ran Auto Update and it says theres no updates available.

It's odd because I never had this problem before, now suddenly it doesn't want to print MS Word files.

A bit of a crappy workaround until you get it sorted, but can you print to .pdf, then print from there?

Now something else happens. I can print from MS Word, but only if I click on File > Print. When I click the little print button a blank page comes out.

So I don't know how that happened.
