printer problems

hello. i,ve just purchased a new lemark wireless printer, the4800 series. it is connected to my network but when i try to print i get an error message which says, the application preview quit unexpectedly. the problem may be caused by the IJPrint quality plug in. any ideas how to get it working ? thanx guys

got it working by deleting the pde folder. seems a strange way to get printer working. wi fi still dosent tho
