Printer/Router Restriction questions

I was just curious, I'm getting a wireless router soon to make my dorm room completely wireless (no the dorms here are lame and don't have that..), but my problem is this:

I have a roommate who doesn't think he should pay for anything so when i hook my router up to do wireless printing I would like myself to have only access to my printer. Is there anyway to allow him to use the wireless router (since we are splitting the cost) but not allow him to use my printer?

Put it in a locked cabinet. Whether he can print or not won't matter.

Actually, check that. Put the paper in the locked cabinet.
