Does anyone have a recommendations for a printer with the following features

- Google Cloud Print
- Apple AirPrint
- Auto duplex printing
- Scan/Copy functions

It's for home use so I don't need blistering performance. However, I don't need it to be very cheap either. I'm open to considering both inkjet and laserjet, although I've only ever bought inkjet in the past.

Thanks

I've got a Canon MX920 for these duties.

It has both wireless and wired connectivity and meets all of your requirements.

It is an older model now and I got it on closeout. It also does single page or feeder scanning (the latter being able to auto-duplex).

I use it with IOS, OS X, Windows, Android and it all works perfectly.

Regards,

Brett

I have a HP Deskjet 3050 J610 All in One which isnt that new a printer. I got it like three years ago. It has wireless WiFi and it works just fine with my phone using the Printer Share App which also ties it with Google Cloud. The printer was under $100 and im sure today you can get a better one for under $100. I think i only paid $60.

Sounds ideal for me.

Searching for this printer, I'm not quite sure how it connects to Google Cloud Print. Is it an indirect connection (i.e. via a HP service)? If so, is a connection such as this functionally inferior to direct connection?

With HP ePrint printers, it seems you register a printer-specific email address with Google Cloud Print.

http://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04122530

You can then print to that printer via Google Cloud Print. Does Google Cloud Print know about printer-specific advanced options (such as double-sided printing, black&white printing) when connecting in this way?

I just set it up with my wifi via the cable connected to my desktop and once it is setup with wireless, i use it through the App, "Printer Share". I finds the printer and you have the option to use Google Cloud or just print with the printer with options to print from photos, texts, etc...whatever is on your phone or tablet that you want to print. I dont have an iPhone or ipad so i cant answer to that.
I dont use HP's services or their printer App. Granted i dont use this very often but it is convienient.
