Printers Suggesstions

i am a graphic designer with a years experience in GD and i am now redoing my portfolio. Last year I was able to use my schools lab..i am no longer able to do this..

what printers do designers have at home...

a couple of requirements/considerations

must be able to print at least 13x19
inkjet
high quality
ink prices/how often i need to buy
possibly around $500

canon Pixma Pro9000.

got one, love it.

I use a Canon iPF5000 (17" wide) for finished prints and a Xerox Phaser 8550DP for drafts and everyday printing.

I like the Pixma high end printers from Canon, and we use a Phaser here at work, gotta love solid ink!
