My office computer is a PC. My home computer, the one I choose to design my fliers & marketing material, is a Mac. I end up saving them as Pages Documents. These are unable to be opened on a PC.

What is the best way to print these off of the PC? I figure I can take a snapshot of them with a program like Skitch and save them as .JPGs. Is there any way to keep the files on the PC and print from there? I don't even care if I can open & alter, I just need to be able to print from my office whenever I want.

You could try saving the document as a pdf and then storing that on the pc and printing the pdf from the pc as well.
