Just for a bit of quick background, I am in the process of fully "switching".....

I recently transfered my large customer database from Lotus Organizer to Entourage X. The transition went very smoothly largely in part to a scripting application called Export-Import Entourage. My question is this.....how do I print address labels from Entourage X? Do I need to install software from a company like Avery (they make address labels) or what? When I printed address labels from Lotus Organizer, I would go to the print command and there it was (see pic. below). I've used Lotus Organizer for so long that I can't remember if it was always there or if it was something I dl'd and installed.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry don't use entourage but maybe check the Dymo Labelwriter line of machines as I think they have some export plug ins. I only use their standalone program.

I know some printers have their own "print options" (i.e. the HP 8550 I have here seems to but I don't use them) and that seems to cover labels.

all i know is not to use an ink jet printer. one of the labels came off the paper and got stuck in the gears, and it took me a while to figure out to open the back of the printer to get the label out...
